These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Configurix website and software platform (“Service”). By accessing or using Configurix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Scope of Services

Configurix provides a cloud-based software platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• 3D configurators for pergolas and verandas
• Quoting and PDF generation
• Customer and project management
• Calendar and installation management
• AR visualization
• Analytics and reporting
• Communication and automation tools

The exact features available may depend on the selected subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To use the platform, users must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activities performed under your account

Configurix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Configurix require a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
• Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are due in advance and non-refundable unless required by law

Configurix may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use Configurix only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Interfere with system security or availability
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse-engineer or copy the software

6. Customer & Project Data

Users remain the owners of all customer and project data entered into the platform. Configurix processes this data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Configurix platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of Configurix. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription period.

8. Availability & Maintenance

Configurix strives to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance
• Update or improve features
• Temporarily restrict access for technical reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Configurix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence
• Configurix is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or data inaccuracies caused by user input

10. Termination

Users may terminate their subscription according to the terms of their plan.

Configurix may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated.

Upon termination, access to the platform will be disabled in accordance with data retention policies.

11. Changes to the Terms

Configurix may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated in advance where required. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of the company, excluding conflict of law provisions.
