Défi: Every veranda needed a second site visit because the first measurement rarely matched what the customer pictured. Crews were burning two days per project on measure-and-redesign loops.
Solution: Customers now configure their veranda online before the first call. The shared customer portal keeps every revision, drawing and payment in one place, and Stripe handles the deposit before scheduling.
Résultat: Second site visits dropped by more than 40%. Installs are scheduled the same week the deposit clears, and the customer portal reduced support email volume to almost zero.
